Shipping Practices: |
| Most orders ship within three (3) working days. We generally do not ship wine on Thursday or Friday so your order won’t sit in a freight truck or warehouse over a weekend. If you need expedited shipping or a "must have by date" please call or make a note of it on your order and we will fulfill your request and/or contact you to work out an alternative. |

| If for any reason your order will be delayed we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. An adult (age 21 or over) signature is required for all wine (Alcohol Beverage) deliveries. Whenever possible we encourage you to use a business address for shipping to speed delivery times and ensure there will be someone to sign for your order. |

| Please provide an accurate email address so we can send you a shipment notification and tracking Information when your order leaves our warehouse. |
Shipping Delays: |
| Please note that WineHunter.com wants your wines to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, we will not send out particularly fragile wines during certain extreme weather conditions, but will delay shipment until it is safe to send that wine. |

| View our shipping rates - Please note: We can not ship wine to the following states at this time: Alaska, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Tennessee, and Utah - Customers who wish to shop our site from these states may order non-alcoholic products. |
| Accessories: Shipping rates for Accessories will be calculated at checkout, based upon FedEX weight & measure standards. |

| Pick-Up at our NJ Store: Order online, pay online, and pick it up at our NJ store at your convenience. ALL ORDERS PICKED UP AT OUR LOCATION ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX-NO EXCEPTIONS! If The WineHinter.com failed to add sales taxes when the order was placed, The WineHunter.com reserves the right to correct and collect any sales taxes due. |
| Proof of confirmation email is required for all Pick-Up orders (please print a copy and bring it along with you to the store). Proper Identification also required - MUST be 21 yrs. of age or older. |
Estimated Delivery Time: |
| Check the map to calculate the estimated number of business days (Monday-Friday) it will take for your package to arrive. Orders placed will ship within the next 3 business days. Faster shipping options may be available. Please call our order department at 973-377-0014 for more information. All packages are packed in our Styrofoam containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.) |
Expedited Shipping: |

Insurance: |
| WineHunter.com automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to waive the insurance, you may do so by un-checking the box during the checkout process, however, this waives all responsibility from WineHunter.com. |
Signature Policy: |
| You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from WineHunter.com. All packages sent out by WineHunter.com REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine! |

| Because of the widely variable and punitive laws controlling the shipment of wine in the United States, we have created this section to help you determine the restrictions and limitations that you may face when buying wine online -- depending on who you are and where you are shipping to. Any wine sold to you through WineHunter is sold in New Jersey and title passes to you, the buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. We make no representations concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside New Jersey or any country outside the United States. In fact there are certain states and countries we cannot ship to. By placing this order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected designation. |

| We have had very few orders damaged during shipment but it’s inevitable that once in awhile there will be a bottle broken by the freight carrier. If there is any problem with your order when you receive it, save the packing materials (in case the freight carrier requires proof of damage) and notify us immediately with the details so we can rectify the problem. |

The WineHunter.com assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage, freezing, or corks pushing out of the neck. We do check the weather frequently during the hot and cold months and use our best discretion. If you do decide to have your wines shipped when we suggest not to, you do so at your own risk.
