Light straw, with lemon-lime tones.
Nose

Vibrant currant-leaf and gooseberry aromas, some pungent herbaceous nuances, and a hint of ripe citrus.
Palate
:
A full flavoured medium bodied wine, with an abundance of currant and gooseberry flavours, and a clean, lingering finish.
We recommend drinking our Sauvignon Blanc while it is young and fresh, Summer salads, poultry and shellfish, particularly suited to oysters or green shell mussels, as well as lobster and white fish.
The fruit was machine harvested in cool evening conditions, and pressed with minimal skin contact. The clear juice was fermented at very low temperature with selected yeast strains to preserve the inherent fruit flavours. Vines are trained to four canes on a vertical trellis, with balanced pruning, shoot thinning, tucking and trimming to achieve an open, healthy canopy.
